LLOYD LINFORD, PHD, serves as Chair-man of Psychiatry and Chemical Dependency Best Practices for Kaiser Permanente's Northern California healthcare system, is a clinical psychologist at Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center, and is in private practice in Oakland, California.
